What can happen when an oncoming driver doesn’t pay attention and crosses the center line.....

Hello Dawn,

First off, your (RV Education 101) monthly newsletters are very informative. Being snow-bound up here in the GWN they are a welcome break from the cold of winter.

Secondly, we’re sending these pictures to you to show what can happen when an oncoming driver doesn’t pay attention and crosses the center line and takes out a fifth-wheel. He sort of gutted it from stem to stern. This happened to us up here in Ontario Canada when we were returning home from the Labor Day weekend.

We had a major hassle with the insurance company over a value for the trailer but in the end it all worked out. We now have a 2002 Jayco 253-D.
