Yes we went to RV shows... the problem was there were not many toy haulers....and not smaller toy haulers. There are MANY manufactures out there that do make them... just seems like they are not marketed very well or at all. We ended going to Elkhart IN. and going to the factories to see what we wanted. Found a great Forest River product. Cherokee Graywolf 19 RR... small toy hauler and fit the bill for us! :)

Yes we went to several RV shows. Also looked at dealer lots, consignment lots, and internet sites! Also emailed numerous owners when we narrowed our search down to 2-3 units. Online forums were a HUGE help!

NO, did not attend an RV show, as I thought camping would not go over well with my family, Overhauled a (class B) 1980 Fleetwing /Dodge and away we went, thinking if things went South I could quickly sell this unit. Well, all went beyond my expectations, we then ended up completely restoring our Fleetwing, used another 3 years, since than we have been to many RV shows across the country, we now own a Class A Gasser and are now ready to trade in on a used Diesel pusher....RV shows are the way to go as technology is constantly changing... The funny thing is the 1980 Fleetwing sure got alot of comments, where ever we went, vs today's glits and glamour vehicles...
