driving an RV....BUS

RV News and StoriesHello, My name is Shirley....we have had our Bus for almost a year now...We are full timers.
I have a question....where does a person go to learn how to drive a motor home?
The place we bought it from doesn't train you to drive one, they only tell you how everything works and....off you go.
I wish that all dealers would offer road training...It makes no sense that I have to drive to the East coast in order to learn how to drive the bus I bought in Texas. Buy the time I get there I have already had road time and I am happy or.....like me....I am not happy at all.

Hi Shirley,

I agree that dealers should offer some type of drivers training but unfortunately most don't. The only RV driving school I am personally aware of is this one http://www.rvschool.com/course.htm
They have several training locations available.

Hope this helps
