What Makes Happy Camper the BEST Club for RVers?......
Half Price Camping is such a good idea, there are copy-cat clubs coming into the market all the time. It's important for RVers to know how to spot a quality club, and we want to share with you some of the things that make Happy Camper Club special.
We take our reputation seriously. With a long history of serving RVers, Happy Camper Club is a family-owned company, created by the owners of Shiloh RV Resorts in Monroe, LA. We've been serving members and park owners with equal passion for nearly a decade.
Anyone can start a club - but should they? Benefits to members must be REAL. There must be parks everywhere an RVer goes on trips in order for members to realize true savings; and the offers in the camping guide must be real, too. Why join a club that offers only a few parks, the parks restrict the discount in most cases to one night, eliminate weekends, or make it generally difficult for an RVer to get a realistic discount?
Slick packaging won't hide the facts for long... a quality program is built with quality offers for RVers. We know this because we ARE RVers. We actually USE the discount program in our travels, and we HOST club members at our two RV parks. We can't be distracted from the truth in the quality of a program - can you?
And we also know that RVers usually carry more than one discount card in their wallets - that keeps us on our toes - because when there is no competition, consumers lose! It's important for us to recognize that there are other clubs, and to be aware of what makes RVers loyal to each one. Most of our members belong to several clubs, and that's great - the more you save, the better for everyone. We try to add the touches that make half price camping a TRUE value, and we ask only that you compare what we offer with everyone else, and make good decisions when you refer your friends.
So... we thought we'd toot our own horn this month, letting you know about some special additions we've made to Happy Camper that will save you more REAL dollars on the road:
1. We've added over 100 MONTHLY DISCOUNTS at RV parks to our membership. This is in response to the growing number of our members who travel for longer periods of time, and many full-timers coming to us through our partnership with Escapees.
2. We've enhanced our online capabilities to serve our growing market of internet-savvy customers. You can now visit with each other in our online RV community forum, join the club and get INSTANT access to your membership card, browse the camping guide in full online, plan your trip with our exclusive FREE online trip planner, and use a personal calendar at the web site - PLUS, get RV news updated every day at the bottom of our home page. Who else does all that? NO OTHER CLUB serves RVers online with these features.
3. Our 2006 Camping Guide is now full of bonus features. We've added recipes, camping tips, technical articles by the experts at RV Education 101, and classic RV essays by Chuck Woodbury - now it's not just a directory, it's a fun-filled resource you can use all year.
4. Our camping guide on CD ROM is a much-requested add-on to your membership. It has everything the camping guide has in print, plus MUCH more. We've added fun games you can play on your computer, expanded online resources, a products catalog, and clickable links to EVERY Happy Camper park with a web site - plus an easy-access portal to the trip planner. It's the favorite item of the year for our members.
5. We are the only club that offers a whole FREE YEAR for referral of new members. We firmly believe that the best way to grow the club is for our members to invite their friends to join. Word of mouth is our most important endorsement, and we must be doing it right - because we double membership every year through member referrals.
