Eureka!!!!!......

I bought and downloaded your e-book The Three Primary Systems of an RV and discovered that none of the pics or graphics downloaded. All that I got were gray squares.

We bought a new fifth wheel and really need this info so we don't freeze to death. The five minute tour the sales people gave us wasn't enough.

Thanks for your prompt reply and thank you so much for your patience. Download successful complete with color pictures! Can't wait to read it. I think that every rv dealer should include one of your books or videos with every purchase of a new rv. I am going to suggest it to the dealer we bought ours from. It is just good business.
